I was going to write a deep and meaningful piece about mental health and my own state of mind just recently…
I started to write. Hit the backspace. Re-wrote something. Wiped it off again. Had another go. Changed it. Wiped it.
So….whilst I have recognised that things haven’t been going well in that department, I am clearly not able to describe what’s going on. So I’m happy to just give you this:
‘Today was a good day. I went for a walk. I was kind to myself. I must do it again sometime. I WILL do it again tomorrow.’
